What people ask before we start.
- What does bermekan do?
- bermekan is a spatial design and build studio. It designs architecture, interiors and landscape as one project and builds them turnkey with its partners: homes, boutique stays, offices, gardens, tiny houses and natural-material buildings.
- Can I hire you for design only, or build only?
- Yes. We take on design-only work (architecture, interiors or landscape) and we also build other studios' designs. Turnkey projects, where design and build share one table, work best.
- How does a project start?
- Tell us about your site and what you need on WhatsApp or by email, and we'll walk the land or space with you. Then we send you the first idea, scope, schedule and budget range in writing.
- I don't have land yet. Can you help me find it?
- Yes. We share suitable plots, land, fields and gardens with people who are looking. Our core work is design and build, so we look at each site with you in terms of the life you want to build on it.
- Can energy, security and smart-home systems be included?
- Yes, if you'd like. Energy systems by berdevam, security and infrastructure by acy teknik and smart-home software by cezeri bilişim are planned into the project from day one, and you keep a single contact.
- Where can I see prices?
- Every project depends on the site and scope, so prices aren't published on this site. After our first meeting we send you the scope and budget range in writing.
